After the design details are confirmed, our custom orders are produced and delivered within 30-40 days.

Our standard production and delivery time is 30-40 days because each item is individually made to your requirements. On some instances, we can accelerate the process and offer rush delivery for an additional $5 per uniform. To determine if we can help, please provide specific details of when your order is needed.
Most of our sample fabrics and products can be reviewed in detail on our website.
However, we can also send a sample pack for $50. Then, when your order is placed, we deduct the sample charge from the order cost.
While we may not be able to match a color exactly, we have over 1200 colors available and can adjust the opacity to lighten or darken the shades. This allows most colors to be produced within a 3% variance.
Yes! After an initial bulk order has been made, we allow fill-ins and replacement orders for individual players.
Yes we do! We can make a team store similar to this example.
Yes, with both our LITE and ELITE Uniform options, we have many fabric selections for you to choose from.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Custom-Made Items:
As our custom-made items are created specifically to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products. Each piece is made to order, ensuring a unique experience tailored just for you.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
In the unlikely event that your item is made incorrectly or contains a manufacturing defect (such as stitching issues), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange for a replacement at no manufacturing cost to you.
Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs incurred during your purchase are non-refundable.
