Is FabriX made entirely from recycled material?
FABRIX’s primary performance fabric is made with recycled polyester fiber created from post-consumer plastic. Certain garment components—such as thread, elastic, collars, patches and other enhancements—may contain non-recycled materials. The exact composition can vary by product and will be identified in the garment specifications.
Does it perform differently from your other fabrics?
FABRIX is engineered to provide the lightweight feel, breathability, durability and vibrant sublimated color athletes expect from Lexa performance apparel. Choosing recycled-content fabric does not mean sacrificing comfort, appearance or game-day performance.
Can we use any design?
Yes. FABRIX supports complete custom sublimation, including your team colors, patterns, logos, names and numbers. Patches, custom collars and other premium enhancements may also be available depending on the garment.
Which products are available in FabriX?
FABRIX is available for select custom jerseys, shorts and other sublimated teamwear across multiple sports. Availability may vary by garment style and performance requirements, so a Lexa representative will help you identify the best FABRIX options for your program.
Does FabriX cost more?
FABRIX may carry a modest additional cost compared with some standard fabrics. Final pricing depends on the product, design, quantity and selected enhancements. Your Lexa representative will provide clear, itemized pricing before you place an order.
Can we order a sample?
Yes. You can request a FABRIX fabric sample to evaluate its weight, feel, color and performance characteristics before selecting it for your team. Finished garment samples may also be available upon request.
How do we identify it as a sustainable uniform?
Qualifying garments can include a FABRIX label identifying the use of recycled-content performance fabric. We can also provide your program with approved language and impact information to share with athletes, parents, sponsors and your community
